Last time updated was for iOS 4? Need an update! Cant even go into to settings. Please allow for greater than 1000 words audio file.

Worst ever. Wish I could get my money back

Text to voice is not the hard part but integrated to mail and Text messages is. Why would anyone want to cut and paste emails into an application to have the right to you okay if you had a problem yet but this is really not a functional app

I love it, works great! Probably the best speaking app in the store! I would only suggest adding audio copy and it would be even better!

As a Laryngectomee I find the program usefull in the house between the wife and I, its a pity that there is no way to alter the "tone of the voiced as they speak, all in all the program is not bad

It kinda does what it says but cause a lot of frustration down the road. It shuts down with a phone call or a phone msg.

Before iOS 8, I was quite satisfied with the performance even though not perfect. Now, after iOS 8, there are random instances where the keyboard fails to come up. The only thing shows is the "suggestion line". A quick turn of the iPhone or iPad brings up the keyboard again but it is a pain in the you-know-what!. Please fix ASAP. The description says with endless phrases and possible uses. It does NOT specify in the description that there is a word limitation! Had for half an hour and realized it was useless for me so I deleted the app. I paid money for this app due to false advertising!

Downloaded on my iPhone 6+ — the app hasnt been updated since 2013, looks it too, with the old iOS 6 interface. Broken as an app that doesnt use modern iOS screen sizes and features. Apple should take down apps like this one that are no longer being maintained.

I have a disability and I use the iPad to communicate. I was introduced to many communication apps but I was intrigued by the countless pre-existing phrases that were included. I purchased the app for myself excited about using the phrases just to find out that I was fooled. I definitely would not recommend this app to anyone. I am very disappointed!

The description is a straight-up lie, and has been for well over a year. They claim “you can download 20 new voices”. The truth is that you will not get to use the voices you’ve paid for, as they keep claiming the store is “temporarily” unavailable. It has been WELL over a year. They are enjoying my money. I do not have what I paid for. ———— Old version: They wont allow me to download the languages I paid for!! This has been the case for many, many MONTHS, with no sign of any changes coming soon. Avoid. This is a once-great, now orphaned app. (And Id be worried about future versions now, seeing as honouring their sales and giving people what theyve paid for is not on their list of priorities.) ----- ----- ----- ----- —— Old version: In-app purchases no longer re-downloadable. There’s an error message that says “Failed to contact store…” Etc. So if you’ve paid money for the voices and reinstall the app, the voices appear to be lost. I assumed this was a bug that would be fixed shortly, but it’s now been months, and applies on all devices. It used to be a great app, though.

When I had my last throat surgery in August 2014 I had a huge list of phrases and words set up and had purchased a few voices. Now all the buttons are greyed out (therefore cant access) and Ive lost all of my phrases and cant access the store. It used to be great but now I would recommend NO ONE should get this. Waste of money.

Great software. Voices great. Will read long texts. Please upgrade for Copy & Paste and large storage facility so Professionals can utilize for books or Journal articles. If you change the description / rename it to a catchy professional name, this would be even more popular.

This is very good software!! Now I can use copy and paste. The pronounciation is excellent. I cant imagin how this app makes this good pronounciation possible! Im a Japanese studying English in Japan. For the people like me can learn how to pronounce English sentences better from this app. More improvement for the people learning English pronounciation, my requests are as follows •Document saving function like usual text file, it allows me to attach the file name and choose overwrite or save as. •Saving function of the voice as the wave file is also needed. It will allow me to listen to them with ipod app only. That will make me use the operation of ipod app foward, rewind, repeat and background operation. How nice it is! For more, •Please support pronounciations meet "!" "?". •Auto pause insert function for "." "!" "?". The period of pauses can be selected by user. To separate each sentences makes this app possible to operate foward and rewind of sentences. I think if you make these possible, this app will be more usefull for not only the prank by natives but also the study of English by nonnatives around the world. And I will recomend this app using twitters or etc.. to the many people leaning English!!

Your app description says speak it reads back PDF files to you, .... Most PDFs could possibly be copied as text on your PC and sent to your iphone my email... You must be kidding! Buyer beware! Rate it Hate it. and deleted.

値段からは信じられない、高性能なアプリです。ただ、日本人名はうまく読めず、HibikiとRyoという名を読ませると、英国人は男女とも「ヒバキ」「リョウ」、米国人は男女とも「ヒビキ」「ライオ」と発音するのが、ちょっと気になる点です。しかし、この違いは、「よくできている」とみることも出来るかもしれません。 This app. is surprisingly excellent though the price is only 230 yen. One point is regrettable that the app. cannot pronounce the Japanese names correctly. For example, both the English male and the female pronounce Hibiki(sounds like he-be-ke) as he-ba-ke, though they pronounce Ryo(sounds like ryoh) correctly. As for the American male and the female, they pronounce Hibiki correctly but they pronounce Ryo as rye-oh. But in a sense this difference might show that this app. might be very well programmed.

this is a good app. but is there a way to make this app to read a book like take a picture of the book and read it? if there is not a way, please make a change on next update!!
