Worked a few years ago but in April 2016 its not useable

When I had my last throat surgery in August 2014 I had a huge list of phrases and words set up and had purchased a few voices. Now all the buttons are greyed out (therefore cant access) and Ive lost all of my phrases and cant access the store.

It used to be great but now I would recommend NO ONE should get this. Waste of money.
